During the warranty period, if your product is damaged by non-human conditions, you can contact our customer service for inspection and confirmation so that you can enjoy our after-sales service. We do not provide warranty service if the product you purchased is damaged due to human causes, such as accidental dropping, crushing, bumping, disassembling, or due to improper use and storage of the device.
