Mevol devices are easy to maintain. You can use a dry cotton swab to gently wipe the device's charging port and inside the device. Do not disassemble the internal unit of the device while cleaning it, as this may cause damage to the device.
All Mevol devices are not waterproof. Keep Mevol devices in a dry environment.
After your order has shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking information for your order. You can follow the instructions in the email to track your order details. If the shipping status has not been updated for more than 7 business days, you can contact our customer service or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
